2. Annual Maintenance

Annual maintenance of your company is paid for each year in advance and includes a registered agent and address for your company, and its annual filing. Add-ons include corporate shareholders, nominee services, and accounting services.

  Before your new Hong Kong company can be activated, you will need to pay the Government’s Business Registration Fee to obtain the one-year (HKD 2,000) certificate renewable every year.This fee goes directly to the Hong Kong Business Registration office and is renewable every year.
